On March 24th, the Coast Level 3 Swim Competition attracted 145 entries from NSS swimmers, across distances from 25 to 200 meters. It provided a prime opportunity for skill enhancement, race planning, and preparation, with many aiming for Level 2 status.
Coming after our club night on March 21st, the Level 3 seamlessly extended the momentum gained, emphasising the importance of consistency in training and competition. Beyond the thrill of victory, the competition fostered camaraderie and personal growth, embodying the spirit of relentless improvement.
